Intentionally maintaining multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason — constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wiin7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances. wiin7 will never contact you asking for your password. Any activity that takes place on your account using valid credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. All wiin7 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This is fixed at account creation and cannot be changed. All deposits, game balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and processed in PKR.

wiin7 does not accept deposits made from funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and free from any criminal origin. wiin7 cooperates with all legally required financial monitoring processes.
Withdrawals from your wiin7 balance can be requested at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, wiin7 may require you to complete identity verification. This is standard practice across the online gaming industry and protects both players and the platform. Verification typically requires a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of your payment method. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals on the same account are processed without repeating the full verification process in most cases.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 24 hours in most cases. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional review is required. Once processed by wiin7, the time for funds to appear in your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account depends on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
Withdrawals may be subject to minimum amounts as displayed in the Cashier section. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details. wiin7 does not deduct fees from standard withdrawal amounts, though your receiving payment provider may apply their own charges.
wiin7 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on each individual promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions in this section.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus — unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The eligible games and contribution percentages for each promotion are listed in its specific terms. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be noted. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active do not count towards the wagering requirement and may be restricted.
wiin7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, or exploiting errors in promotional terms. Bonuses are available to personal accounts for recreational purposes only. No bonuses are available to accounts identified as operating for commercial or professional betting purposes.

Sports betting on wiin7 covers cricket (including PSL T20, international series and ICC tournaments), football, esports, and other sports as available. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the betting interface.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. For in-play betting, odds change in real time as match conditions evolve. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message in the betting interface. wiin7 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
If a sports event is abandoned before completion or postponed to a date beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules. Cricket matches subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are settled according to official competition rules as determined by the relevant governing body.
Sports betting payouts are subject to maximum limits per event as displayed in the betting rules section. In the case of accumulator bets, the maximum payout applies to the total return. wiin7 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact wiin7 support via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.
